Pinnacle Series for Enterprises is a suite of software applications that integrates your technology systems within key workflow processes and distributes them throughout your organization.
Components of the Pinnacle Series include the Process Server which houses your defined workflows and keeps track of historical task data and three client applications; Task Navigator, Process Mapper and Workflow Monitor. These applications provide you the necessary authoring, execution and analysis tools in order to implement and integrate enterprise technology within your workflow processes.
Task Navigator
The Task Navigator application displays a catalog of your key
business processes and acts as an interactive guide to
communicate workflows throughout the entire organization. Its
interface removes the guesswork of determining the next task in
a process by clearly presenting detailed step-by-step
instructions on-screen with direct links to access the necessary
forms, documents and programs to complete the task. Its tight
integration with your software applications provides people the
ability to execute the right commands at the right time ensuring
maximum technology use.
Process Mapper
Using
a simple leveling system and intuitive graphical environment,
the Process Mapper application provides the means to organize
and document your workflow through flow chart diagrams. The
system uses 5 shapes and a customizable color scheme to easily
construct visual diagrams that clearly indicate the flow of the
process and who’s responsible for the completion of an activity.
It’s within these workflows that you also make connections to
software commands, email and other technology that you want
conveyed to employees through the Task Navigator.
Workflow Monitor
The Workflow Monitor displays the tracked data from the Task
Navigator through reports and visual checklists to get a
real-time snapshot of how the work is progressing. Information
displayed in the diagram view indicates the task status, who
completed the task and when it was completed. Whether you’re
analyzing the numerical data or want a graphical progress
report, the Workflow Monitor provides insight into how well
people are following the process and how well the process
delivers the desired results.
