Brad Heil

Vice President of Products and Technology

Brad serves as Vice President of Products and Technology at HexEdge Software. In this role, Brad oversees the product management, marketing and development of all HexEdge software applications. He is also involved in partner development. Prior to joining HexEdge, Brad was the Vice President of Products at Eagle Point Software Corporation where he was responsible for managing the short- and long-term direction for the entire product portfolio. There, he led multiple product line teams through all product management duties including product research and validation, software development and go-to-market activities. Additionally, he oversaw the customer support and service delivery teams.

From 1993 through 1998, Brad was a technical consultant for Eagle Point where he conducted client training, delivered technical support and performed sales presentations. It was through this direct client interaction that led Brad to a product management role for the Civil Engineering product line. Ultimately, this led to managing all aspects of product marketing, development, technical sales and service delivery activities for the entire company by 2002.

For the following seven years, Brad was an integral part in developing both the long term company strategies and managing the teams responsible for executing the tactical plans.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa.
